Michael obtained his chiropractic degree from RMIT University in 1994, and then a PhD in neuroscience from the medical faculty of Monash University in 2005. He has been working as a general chiropractor with a special interest in headaches, neck pain and low back pain. Michael has also worked for many years at Monash and RMIT Universities conducting research activities in chiropractic and medical fields. In recognition of his contribution to chiropractic research Michael was awarded fellowship of the Royal College of Chiropractors in the UK. He is one of only a handful of Australian chiropractors to hold this prestigious fellowship.
