Dr Mapleson is a GP Registrar in her final year of FRACGP training. She holds a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery, a Diploma of Child Health, and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise & Sport).
Dr Mel has a special interest in children’s medicine and vocal health, and she is accredited to provide Antenatal Shared Care and insert/remove Implanons.
In her free time, Dr Mel proudly represents Australia at an international level in women’s a cappella singing. She speaks fluent Italian and is happily vegetarian.
