Hi, my name is Mehdi Fouladi. I completed my medical degree in 2008. My professional residency was from 2006 - 2008 in tertiary teaching hospitals in Iran. My rotations included internal medicine, paediatrics, dermatology, public health, infectious diseases, women's health and psychiatry. Early in my career I worked as a family doctor in a rural area of my country for 3 years which was a great opportunity for me to get to know my patients in a meaningful way. Then I had the chance to work in a hospital as a GP for about 2 years. Here I got more familiar with emergency medicine, especially during a period of time when I was working within the coronary care unit (CCU). Now, I think I'm really lucky to be part of the friendly team at Atticus Health and hope to be helpful to all in Carrum. Outside my work I am very interested in Persian literature, magazines (mostly political) and classical guitar.
