Dr Maria Milone has over 14 years’ experience in cosmetic skin procedures, laser technology and varicose vein treatment. Her mentorship with Dr Rich has afforded her a breadth of knowledge and perspective to help each patient make well-informed decisions. Dr Milone is also a practising GP, and has been working in an established family practice for 20 years. This work keeps Dr Milone abreast of the medical and social issues that all patients face, aesthetic patients included. Dr Milone received her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery with honours from The University of Melbourne in 1991 and has trained at the Royal Melbourne Hospital as well as the Royal Children’s Hospital. Dr Milone completed a Diploma of Obstetrics in 1993 at The Royal Women’s Hospital and completed her Fellowship of General Practice in 1995. Having gained extensive training in cosmetic procedures at the Enrich clinic, Dr Milone enjoys training new doctors in the field and sharing knowledge with visiting international cosmetic physicians. Dr Milone’s special interests include wrinkle and sweating reduction with muscle-relaxant injections, dermal fillers, cosmeceuticals, skin peels, laser treatment for rejuvenation, blood vessels, pigmentation and tattoo removal, micro sclerotherapy for varicose veins as well many skin conditions including acne, rosacea and pigmentation disorder. Dr Milone regularly attends local and international conferences to appraise the most appropriate treatment options to treat patient’s needs.
