Dr Mano was born in Sri Lanka. He graduated from the Medical Academy of Latvia in 2003. Dr Mano has 3 years experience as a hospital doctor in General and Emergency medicine at the Broomfield Hospital, Essex UK. After migrating to Australia in February 2008, Dr Mano worked as Registrar in Emergency Medicine at the Frankston Hospital for 2 years.
