Dr Mani Panat has been working in Tamworth region for the past 12 years. Dr Panat seeks to be involved in the early stages of chronic kidney disease with a view to change the underlying problems leading to progressive worsening of kidney function. This involves working with patients to improve diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity. Dr Panat is also involved in kidney stone prevention programmes, and provides the only kidney stone urinary saturation studies outside of Sydney in NSW. This is in addition to regular consultation for all renal diseases and general medical problems
