Dr Louise Counsel grew up in Ballarat and graduated from University of Melbourne in 1984. She holds a Fellowship of Royal Australian College of General Practice and a Royal Australian and New Zealand Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Louise’s special interests are Women and Children’s and Adolescent health and she is registered for Shared Maternity Care. Louise also helps to train GP registrars within the practice. Outside the practice of medicine, Louise likes to run long distances and see movies and she has 4 grown sons.
