Lorna has been working as a full-time GP at Campaspe Family Practice since January 2013. She is a member of both the Irish College of General Practitioners & the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
She holds postgraduate diplomas in practical dermatology, child health and geriatric medicine and has a keen interest in ongoing professional education and development.
Coming from a farming background in Ireland Lorna enjoys working in a rural community. She is interested in many aspects of General Practice including chronic disease management, preventative health, women’s health and paediatrics.
When not working she likes to keep fit, read and watch dodgy TV. She loves to travel and to try new experiences. The past couple of years have seen her paraglide from Stanwell Park, black water raft in New Zealand and zip-line through the jungle in Laos.
