Lisa grew up in Hobart, studying at Claremont Primary, Ogilvie High School and Elizabeth College before completing her medical degree at UTAS in 2005. She has worked in many areas of medicine in both Australia and New Zealand prior to specialising in general practice. She received her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2014.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys family, friends, fitness, good food, and spending time outdoors. She can't wait to be able to take her little boy on camping trips and bushwalks. She also works as a Senior Medical Educator at General Practice Training Tasmania, and as a gymnastics coach!
Lisa enjoys the privilege of getting to know her patients, and the variety that every day brings. She is especially interested in preventative health, women's health, mental health and musculoskeletal medicine.
