Dr Hoy studied at Otago University, New Zealand and graduated in 1983, with the prize for general practice. She then did a postgraduate Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Auckland in 1985. Dr Hoy is an Accredited Antenatal Shared-Care provider with the Royal Women’s Hospital, Mercy, Box Hill and Monash Hospitals. Her special interests include womens’ health, diseases of the skin and sport’s medicine.
