Dr Lakshmi Thasini Ramachandran graduated in 1997. Soon after completing he studies, he worked in general practice both in India and the United Kingdom where he enjoyed a role at Royal Oldham Hospital in the accident and emergency department. Here Dr Ramachandran was on basic surgical rotation in general surgery and orthopaedics as well as urology. Before relocating to Australia, he accepted a role as the lead GP in Kingsway Medical Practice for five years which also included being the lead GP in the Rochdale Urgent Care Centre. Dr Ramachandran moved to Brisbane early in 2019 where he continues to enjoy all aspects of general practice. As well as English, he is fluent in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.
