I graduated from Melbourne University with a MBBS http://arpsgroup.com.au/images/stories/kirsty.jpg with honours in 1983 and then trained at The Royal Melbourne Hospital in general surgery before starting plastic surgical training. I completed my training in 1991 and went overseas to Canniesburn Hospital in Glasgow and Galveston, Texas for further studies. I have appointments at The Royal Melbourne Hospital(where I am supervisor of surgical training), Royal Children's Hospital and Box Hill Hospital where I have worked for more than 18 years. I also work at various private hospitals but in particular the Mercy Hospital in East Melbourne, Epworth Hospital in Box Hill and Cotham Private in Kew.
