I am a clinical psychologist based in Geelong & have 16 years of experience in helping people overcome or manage a variety of problems, including everyday stress & challenges as well as more serious issues such as trauma, depression & anxiety. I have a client centred approach to therapy focusing on working collaboratively with the individual to develop specific goals & strategies to enable them to look at issues with a different perspective, enhance their skills, strengths & resources with a view to greater confidence, independence & improved management of unhelpful thoughts, feelings & behaviours. I pride myself on having a very down to earth & easy to understand therapeutic style which makes clients feel at ease from the first session. I work hard to create a safe, warm & non-judgemental environment for clients to discuss their problems & work towards a resolution. Since opening my practice in 2009 I have seen over 800 clients who trust me to help them through specific challenges.
