Dr Moussa completed his medical university training in 2006. He started his medical career as a hospital resident completing a vast array of specialties including medicine, Psychiatry, ICU, emergency and surgery. He then completed his GP training in regional South West Victoria working both as a clinic GP and doing on-calls at the local hospital.
