Dr Kevin Yong joined the team at Floreat Medical at the end of 2013 and has been working as a GP in WA since 2004. Consulting hours - Same day appointments available every day. 5 days a week and occasional Saturdays. Monday 9:15-1:30 Tuesday 8:30 - 4:30 Wed 8:30 - 4:30 Thurs 8:30- 4:30 Friday 10:15 - 4:30 Saturday 8:30 - 11:30 (only on Feb 27, March 19, March 26, April 2 - more saturdays TBA) About Dr Yong grew up in Floreat. He is a father of 2 children and enjoys child and family health. He also provides all aspects of general practice including chronic disease management, preventative health, travel advice, skin checks and minor procedures. A medical graduate of the University of Western Australia, he completed his rural GP training in Geraldton, and was awarded the 'WAGPET GP Registrar of the Year Award' in 2005. As a local graduate, he has a strong network of specialists and allied health professionals that he works with to optimise your care. He believes that good health provides the freedom to really enjoy what life has to offer, and enjoys helping patients create simple habits that form the basis of good health and feeling great.
