Dr Kate Robins-Browne is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioner (FRACGP). She obtained her undergraduate medical degree from the University of Melbourne in 1998. After graduating she worked at Western Health, before entering general practice training.

During her general practice training Dr Kate Robins-Browne worked as an academic registrar at the University of Melbourne, Department of General Practice. This sparked an interest in primary care research leading her to complete a PhD in clinical ethics and advanced care planning.

Dr Kate Robins-Browne has been at Ivanhoe Medical Clinic since 2014. She has a special interest in women’s and children’s health, adolescent health, mental health and wellbeing, and preventive health. She has an ongoing affiliation with the Department of General Practice and continues to pursue research centred around clinical ethics.
