Dr Rodins grew up in Brisbane. He went to medical school at Otago University in Dunedin and Christchurch, NZ. He completed his residency at Christchurch Hospital, NZ and began specialty training in anatomical pathology at Palmerston North, NZ. He completed his pathology training in Australia at The Canberra Hospital. Dr Rodins worked as a consultant pathologist at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane. There he developed an interest in diseases of the skin and began further specialty training in dermatology with the Australasian College of Dermatologists. He trained at the Royal Brisbane Hospital, Queensland Institute of Dermatology and the Mater Hospital. While training in dermatology, he also worked for Healthscope Pathology as a pathologist reporting skin biopsies. He currently works for InfinityPATH.
