I obtained my degree in Medicine from the University of NSW. After several years at Royal North Shore Hospital, I commenced my general practice career in Manly NSW in 1980.
I was also active in the Manly Warringah Division of General Practice (Chairman 1999 to 2001) and I was the Medical Officer in charge at the Sydney City Mission Fairlight from 1980 to 2000 as well as a VMO at Royal North Shore where I was appointed as the Medical Officer in charge of the Sydney Road Clinic (Opiate Dependency Unit) from 1985 to 2010.
I have been in Manly for over 33 years as a solo general practitioner in a Private Practice and I moved to IPN – Manly Medical Centre in 2010.
