BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE Dr Joanna Lawrence works as a General Paediatrician and Clinical Nutrition Consultant at RCH. She combines this with medical student teaching through the University of Melbourne.
Her undergraduate degree was obtained in New Zealand before completing paediatric training in Melbourne and Darwin. She has completed a Masters in Public Health and has a strong interest in the health and well-being of all children on both an individual level and on a wider population level.
Having experienced two of her own unsettled babies, Joanna has an interest in working with families adjusting to the joys of an unsettled addition and ruling out possible medical explanations.
