Dr Jin graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2006 and serviced remote communities while employed by Queensland Health for a year before moving into private practice. She has practised in country and coastal Queensland and settled in Brisbane more than ten years ago.
Having seen the devastating impact of dental phobia on patients, Dr Jin found a gap in services for patients requiring dental treatment under general anaesthesia. Dr Jin is understanding of why patients may need this service, having chosen to be put to sleep for the removal of wisdom teeth herself. Dr Jin has been working alongside medical teams in hospitals for 15 years, and is highly experienced in the management and care of patients requiring dental treatment under general anaesthesia.
In addition to practising dentistry, Dr Jin has also attained a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree and is actively involved in committees of the Australian Dental Association at both state and federal levels.
