Dr Jarrod Brumby was born and raised in Adelaide. He graduated with First Class Honours with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Tasmania in 2006. His junior doctor and Basic Physician Training years were completed at the Gold Coast Hospital and the Royal Adelaide Hospital. He became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2013. Since then he has gained significant extra training in skin cancer medicine and skin cancer surgery. He is currently in the final stages of completing a Masters of Medicine (Skin Cancer) through the University of Queensland. For the last 2 years Jarrod has worked at a Skin Cancer Clinic in Hobart. His major interests are skin cancer checks, early detection and management of skin cancer.
