Jamie was born and bred in Victoria and moved to Sydney with the Royal Australian Navy. He graduated from the University of Sydney’s Medical School in 2002 and, whilst there, spent some time as a medical student in Tonga. His hospital training was spent at Sydney’s Royal Prince Alfred hospital and he then went on to complete his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of GPs.

Jamie has spent time working in Arnhem Land and has kept up his emergency skills with regular shifts at Manly Hospital Emergency Department. He has worked as doctor to the Foxtel media crew at the 2010 Dehli Commonwealth Games and is going to the 2012 London Olympic Games with Foxtel and Channel Nine.

Jamie joined General Practice Cremorne in 2006 and has special interests in travel medicine and minor surgery such as excisions, biopsies and suturing.

Jamie also regularly locums to Christmas Island to work as a GP/Emergency doctor.
