Dr Jackie Cade is a specialist anaesthetist trained in Melbourne. She has subspecialty areas of interest in cardiac, paediatric and obstetric anaesthesia.
Dr Cade studied medicine at the University of Melbourne where she obtained a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery and Bachelor of Medical Science with research overseas in cardiovascular risk. She undertook specialty anaesthesia training at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. She has also worked at the Royal Women's Hospital and the Royal Children's Hospital.
She undertook further sub-specialty training in cardiac anaesthesia with a fellowship at Toronto General Hospital, an internationally recognised institution that specialises in high-risk and complex cardiac surgery.
