Jack Pang is originally from Bendigo, having attended primary and secondary school locally, before leaving to attend the University of Melbourne medical school as an undergraduate. Following this he completed his internship at Austin / Northern Health followed by surgical residency at The Royal Melbourne Hospital. He then entered orthopaedic surgery training through the Victoria/Tasmania branch of the Australian Orthopaedic Association (AOA) with rotations in both central and metropolitan Melbourne, and regionally in Bendigo and Launceston. He was admitted as a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in January 2018 and commenced consultant practice at Bendigo Health in February 2018 as a Staff Specialist.

Mr Pang has gained a wide experience in both elective and emergency Orthopaedic surgery through his training. His areas of interest include hip, knee, foot and ankle conditions, as well as general trauma / injuries. Commencing in July 2019 he is spending 12 months in Canada to gain sub-specialty training in advanced foot and ankle surgery. As such, he is unfortunately not taking new referrals for private elective orthopaedic conditions until his return in July 2020.
