Graduate of the University of Qld in 2003. Dr Kath completed several years of paediatric specialist training, working in urban and rural hospitals, before deciding to become a GP. She has completed a Diploma in Paediatrics (Westmead Children’s Hospital). Dr Kath moved to YourGP@Lyneham from Jervis Bay in 2014 for her husband to take a lecturing position in painting at the School of Art. They have a young daughter. She became inspired to do medicine by her Grandmother who was an early pathologist who set up laboratories in remote Australia. She has a special interest in children’s health and women’s health.
