Having been at MVFP since 2008, Heather is now one of the "old hands" in the practice. She enjoys the variety that comes from working in general practice and prides herself on her holistic approach. Her special area of interest is in Womens' Health and Antenatal Care.
Heather has a strong affinity for teaching, regularly hosting medical student placements and teaching tutorials, as well as assisting in registrar training.
In her spare time, she enjoys challenging herself physically: in the pool, on the bike, or jogging. She is preparing to defend her title as "Queen of the Mountain" in the local Mt Arthur Challenge. You can also find her playing guitar in church on Sunday mornings, and chasing fruit fly from her vegetable garden.
