Dr Hayley Runting (Physiotherapist)

Hayley graduated from The University of Melbourne in 2011 and has worked as a women’s health focused physiotherapist since as well as treating musculoskeletal injuries and using her Clinical Pilates knowledge to enhance strength and function. Hayley has gone on to complete post-graduate qualifications in Continence and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, as well as undertaking further study in Pilates, sports injuries, neck and back pain. She enjoys working with clients of all ages to achieve their life and sporting goals.

Hayley is qualified to assist with those who are experiencing issues with their bladder or bowel, incontinence, pelvic pain or pelvic floor muscle issues. Additionally, she has many years’ experience working in maternity wards and in private practice with pre- and post-natal women to manage the physical challenges of these special times.

Her interests in treating joint and muscle injuries stem from her passion in participating in sports over many years, primarily triathlon, flat water kayaking and netball. She understands the rehabilitation process – from both physiotherapy and personal perspectives – and is always looking to help clients get back to their best.

Hayley is a keen advocate of Clinical Pilates to address specific injuries and weaknesses, as well as promoting overall well-being. Hayley also runs the Pre/Post-Natal Clinical Pilates classes.
