Dr. Hassan Hamie is a fully qualified general practitioner and a member of the RACGP Australia. He has been practicing medicine for 20 years of which 10 years are in Melbourne.
He grew up and trained in Lebanon and won a master’s degree in Science from the UK. He has many years of experience in all aspects of the medical field. Hassan enjoys working with people of all ages and backgrounds but has a particular interest in Child Health, Aged Care, Refugee Health, Diabetes, and Heart Disease. He worked in a variety of settings, including emergency medicine, surgical theatre, and taking care of inmates’ health in jails before migrating to Australia.
