Dr Hanna is a kind, courteous and experienced GP who has been working in Australia as a doctor for nearly a decade. He began his medical career fifteen years ago when he graduated with his medical degree. After working for several years he emigrated to Australia where he began working at the Austin and Northern Hospitals in 2003.
During his time at these hospitals he was exposed to different departments such as obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, surgery, psychiatry, as well as emergency medicine. Although he gained a lot of knowledge and experience during his years as a hospital doctor, his real passion lay in looking after families in General Practice.
Dr Hanna undertook training in General Practice and found all the different branches of General Practice fascinating. He completed his postgraduate training in General Practice in 2013 to become a member of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP).
Within General Practice he has a special interest in skin problems and skin cancers and is very experienced in the timely removal of these suspicious lesions. Dr Hanna speaks many languages such as English, Arabic, Lebanese, Syrian and Iraqian. He consults part time at our clinic.
