Dr Greta Lee is a consultant Gastroenterologist with a special interest in Inflammatory Bowel Disease. She graduated from the University of Sydney, trained in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at St George and Sutherland Hospitals and pursued her interest in Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis with an Inflammatory Bowel Disease Fellowship in Brisbane.
Dr Greta Lee holds a Masters of Medicine in Clinical Epidemiology with Merit from the University of Sydney. She has completed a PhD at the University of NSW, studying immunological mechanisms underlying Inflammatory Bowel Disease. She is a casual lecturer at the University of NSW.
In addition to the treatment of patients with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, she offers practical management strategies for common gastroenterological problems including reflux, abdominal pain, colorectal cancer screening, rectal bleeding, constipation, diarrhoea and the irritable bowel syndrome.
Dr Greta Lee performs gastroscopies and colonoscopies and has admitting privileges at Kareena Private Hospital and President Private Hospital. She consults from her rooms in Miranda.
