I have worked as a Gastroenterologist in the Heidelberg area since 1980. My early training was at Austin Hospital, where I still work part-time.
My other training was at Alfred Hospital and Boston University Medical Centre. My particular interests are inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), endoscopy, and reflux disease – across all age groups. I am one of the consultants working in Austin’s IBD Clinic. I continue to be involved in teaching medical students, and gastroenterology trainees.
I am married, with four adult children, and two grandchildren. My main hobbies are music, photography, and bushwalking.
