Dr. Rudra is a consultant adult psychiatrist who is also working within the public health system, after obtaining fellowship from the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists. Having trained and worked in women’s health for many years, Dr. Rudra has a special interest in women’s mental health and the cultural aspects of psychiatry.
She welcomes referrals for:
- Mood disorders - Depression, Bipolar
- Anxiety disorders
- Schizophrenia & other psychotic disorders
- Stress
- Grief & bereavement
Dr. Rudra will also accept referrals for patients who require a management plan and will work with general practitioners to provide a comprehensive assessment (item no: 291).
Dr. Rudra does not see medico-legal, Workcover or TAC cases.
She does not prescribe stimulant drugs.
