Associate Professor Francis J Miller MBBS, PhD, FRACS is a general surgeon and began practice in Wangaratta in 2006 having completed his training based at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. In addition to his day to day work as a surgeon, he is also enthusiastic about teaching, research, trauma care, military surgery and holds the rank of major in the Royal Australian Army Medical Corps. He is also a member of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons Rural Surgery Section Executive Committee.
