Dr Yamashita joined the DRM team in 2017. She completed her Medical Degree at Griffith University in 2014. Dr Yamashita spent two years working at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital and spent time in the areas of Mental Health, Emergency Medicine, General Medicine, Colorctal Surgery, and Paediatrics. She has completed a Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She has previously done Country Relieving in Murgon and Cherbourg Hospitals.
