Dr Elsa Gladigau is an inspired general practitioner with a special interest in nutritional and environmental medicine. She aims to achieve optimal wellness in her patients by seeking to understand and address the root cause of their condition. She then helps patients to reach their full potential. Dr Gladigau enjoys seeing a wide-range of conditions such as weight problems, diabetes, fatigue, pain, mental health and gut or digestive issues to name a few. She works heavily with core lifestyle areas including diet, exercise, sleep and stress as optimisation in these domains is required for being well. She also works with a low carbohydrate dietary approach.

Dr Galdigau studied medicine at Monash University, graduating with honours in 2008. She obtained her fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) in 2014 obtaining the Gutch Medal for the highest examination score in Victoria. Since then, Dr Gladigau has been furthering her study with the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM) and plans to obtain her fellowship with the college.
