Dr Elizabeth Kaiko grew up in Newcastle and graduated from Newcastle University in 1985. She spent 4 years working in the Canberra hospitals before returning to Newcastle to complete her general practice training and also spent 11 months in community geriatrics. She joined Raymond Terrace Family Practice in 1990. Dr Kaiko works part –time and has an interest in chronic disease. Outside of medicine her interests include meditation and incorporating spirituality in daily life. She makes an annual trip to the Brahma Kumaris Academy for a Better World in India.
