Dr Elena was born in northern part of Russia and being a doctor has always been a dream of her, being able to help people and make them feel better. She was fortunate to study in one of the most beautiful European city – in St Petersburg. During her university studying she worked as an nurse in one of the maternity hospitals, since than she realised that she wanted to know more about women’s health.
Since graduating from Medical School she worked as a consultant in different hospitals and clinics for almost 4 years before moving to Australia in 2010.
She has various interests: She absolutely love travelling, she thinks it is so amazing to explore different countries and cultures. Animals are her another passion – She enjoy horse riding and she is lucky owners of the cutest regdoll cat. During her days off she enjoys spending time with her family, doing some drawings and playing piano.
And she cannot be more grateful to her husband who became her rock and supported her through this long and hard journey of becoming a doctor in Australia. She says”his and our 3 wonderful children’s love took me to the place where I am now”.
She is looking forward to using her experience and skills to improve health and wellbeing of patients in Wyndham Community in particular Tarneit and surrounding areas. She is particularly interested in working with patients in the fields of Women’s health, including reproductive health, She is also available for shared maternity care with all of the surrounded hospitals; Paediatric and Adolescents health, Mental health, Geriatric and Chronic Disease Management
