Dr Dorothy Yue completed her undergraduate medical degree at Monash University in 2010. A Sydney native, she originally undertook undergraduate training in Veterinarian Science before abruptly changing tact due to a severe and previously unrecognised cat allergy. Dr Dorothy moved from Sydney in 2006 to study Medicine and has since become a proud Melbournian. She completed her hospital terms at Eastern Health and the Royal Children’s Hospital Emergency Department, and pursued her interests in Paediatrics by completing a Diploma in Child Health in 2012.
Dr Dorothy strives to provide Holistic Care, encompassing Family Medicine, with a particular interest in Paediatrics, Women’s Health, Mental Health, Preventative Health and Health Promotion. She is also qualified to administer Implanon Contraceptive Implants.
Outside the walls of South Yarra Medical, Dr Dorothy enjoys running, cooking, trying out new restaurants and specialty coffees, and playing with animals (not cats).
