Dr Diana Korevaar is a consultant psychiatrist, a member of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists and the Australian Medical Asociation. Dr Korevaar graduated with Honours from the University of Melbourne in 1982. After some years working in General Practice, she completed a Diploma of Geriatric Medcicine, and subsequently in 1996 finished her psychiatric training. She currently works as a psychiatrist specialising in the areas of women’s mental health, pregnancy and perinatal psychiatric disorders. Dr Korevaar engages in peer related professional education, and actively pursues further training in a number of areas, including mindfulness based therapies.
