Dr Deepthie Ramasinghe; originally from Sri Lanka has worked from 2007-2013 in hospitals and general practice. He and his wife made the move to Australia in 2013 where Deepthi had the role of Medical Officer in the Emergency Department in Campbelltown Hospital, NSW. Having gained invaluable experience in the hospital and working with common disease patterns among Australians, he made the decision to move to a more rural area in which to supply GP skills to the local community of Queenstown, TAS. Deepthi and his young family moved to Queenstown in June 2016, looking forward to their new chapter in the area.
