Debbie Nathan graduated from Monash University with honours in 1997, and went on to complete her Gastroenterology training at Monash Medical Centre and then an Inflammatory Bowel Disease fellowship at Box Hill Hospital.
She was admitted to The Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 2005 and has publications in several gastroenterology journals.
She now works as a Consultant Gastroenterologist at both Monash Medical Centre and Box Hill Hospital in the areas of Hepatology and Inflammatory Bowel Disease, also performing Fibroscan.
She works in private practice in Clayton where she specialises and has an interest in Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Bowel Cancer screening and performs Gastroscopy, Colonoscopy and capsule Endoscopy.
