Prior to becoming a GP, Dayna worked in a number of areas of medicine including: adult and paediatric acute care, obstetrics/gynaecology and psychiatry (adult and child/adolescent).
Dayna has special interests in women’s health, sexual health, antenatal/obstetrics care, paediatrics and mental health. She has a Diploma of Obstetrics/Gynaecology and is accredited for shared care at RNSH, RPA and St George/Sutherland Hospital. Dayna also has a Diploma in Child Health. She can insert and remove Implanon (contraceptive implant) and Mirena (intrauterine device).
When Dayna is not at work she enjoys spending time with her family, doing yoga and running.
