Dr Dawna graduated from the University of Melbourne and has spent more than 30 years working across the dental industry in both Tasmania and Melbourne. Her experience spans private practice, community health and corrections, and she has stepped into a wide range of roles whenever needed. Over the years, she has worked as a Dental Director, Practice Manager, Senior Dentist, Dentist, Hygienist, Dental Assistant and Dental Receptionist. She now looks forward to her role at Dentessence as an Oral Health Therapist with an extended scope.
Her passion for self-development has led her to pursue additional qualifications in science, law and business management. Within dentistry, she is particularly interested in preventive care and is dedicated to helping people maintain their natural teeth for life. Dawna aims to ensure patients feel at ease and is committed to creating a positive and reassuring dental experience.
