Dr David Spiers qualified in the UK in 1983, trained as a GP in Stratford-upon-Avon and then worked in cardiovascular research in the pharmaceutical industry for 6 years. Following this he worked for over 20 years as a GP partner and medical student teacher in Exmouth, Devon. He is a generalist with an interest in the interactions between mind, body, and the environment that make us healthy or unwell.
