Dr Darshika Christie-David is an Endocrinologist and Specialist in the treatment of Infertility.
Dr Christie-David graduated with first class honours in Medicine at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). She completed her undergraduate training at Liverpool Hospital and was awarded the Ian Webster medal for outstanding performance. She underwent Physician training at Concord Hospital and completed specialist training in Endocrinology at Westmead Hospital.
Dr Christie-David is a member of the Royal Australian College of Physicians. She trained at Westmead Fertility Centre and completed a Masters in Reproductive Health and Human Genetics at the University of Sydney. She has clinical expertise in a broad range of endocrine problems, with a special interest in infertility. She provides holistic care to couples with infertility and facilitates treatment to achieve pregnancy.
Dr Christie-David is the lead Endocrinologist at the new Northern Beaches Hospital. She is a Staff Specialist Endocrinologist at Royal North Shore Hospital and the Northern Beaches Health Service. She runs the public outpatient Diabetes clinics in the Mona Vale and Brookvale Community Health Centres. She is the Chair of the Diabetes Network across the Northern Sydney Local Health District, and is a Lecturer at the University of Sydney.
Dr Christie-David adopts an evidence-based approach to patient care, providing patients with accurate information based on latest research to make informed decisions about treatment. She is warm, compassionate and patient, providing individualised comprehensive care.
