Dr Darcy Holt completed his medical degree at the University of Melbourne before further qualification as a Specialist Gastroenterologist and endoscopist. Nutrition, and diseases of the small and large bowel are of his particular interest - and the subject of published PhD research Darcy is undertaking at Monash University, in conjunction with clinical and teaching work at Monash Health.
