Dr Daniel Timperley completed specialist training in Ear, Nose and Throat surgery in New Zealand.
Following this, he undertook a further year of post fellowship training in rhinoplasty, endoscopic sinus and skull base surgery with Associate Professors Ray Sacks and Richard Harvey, and Dr George Marcells in Sydney.
He then spent a further month working in Sao Paulo with Dr Aldo Stamm, a world leader in endoscopic skull base surgery.
Dr Timperley is trained in all aspects of ENT surgery. In addition, he has advanced training and special interests in:
Rhinoplasty – operating on the nose to improve appearance and function Nose and sinus disease – comprehensive medical and surgical management of nasal and sinus conditions Dr Timperley has published papers on chronic sinusitis, sinus surgery and rhinoplasty. He has presented papers at conferences in Australia and New Zealand as well as internationally in USA and Brazil. He has also been involved with teaching courses on Rhinoplasty, Endoscopic Orbital Surgery and Endoscopic Sinus surgery.
