Dr Daniel Thambiraj hails from Canada and is an Australian medical graduate from Queensland. Dr Daniel joined the Yeppoon Family Practice team in 2019 as an advanced GP Registrar. He is in the Family Medicine pathway and has set a focus for patient education in health management.
Dr Daniel is an active community member and has served as Rockhampton’s Ambassador for the Going Places Network, advocating General Practice for patients and for colleagues. Dr Daniel also majored in History and has a Master’s degree in Education from the United States of America.
Raised a global-nomad, Dr Daniel enjoys diversity, from family to acquaintances. He is a global sports fan, and an avid musician who enjoys occasional jamming sessions.
