I started my studies in Medicine in Spain where I graduated with MBBS by the University of Alicante in 1996. Then I traveled to the UK where I completed my postgraduate training as a GP in Basildon Hospital.
I returned to Spain where I worked as a GP and Emergency Department doctor in various health centres and teaching Hospitals until 2012.
In 2013 my wife and I made Australia our new home. I started working as a GP in the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. During my initial acclimatization period I attained Fellowship with the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM).
Experience – As Fellow of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM), my training and experience as a doctor covers various fields of medicine. I am competent in Respiratory Medicine, Cardiology, Paediatrics, Digestive Medicine, Neurology, Emergency Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
I have a special interest in Regenerative Medicine, specifically in the management of osteoarthritis. Currently I am experimenting with a new therapy called Platelet Rich Plasma
Hobbies and interests – I am fluent in English and Spanish and enjoy martial arts and new technologies. I also enjoy playing music.
