Brisbane born and bred, Dr Damian Cornelius completed his medical degree at Griffith University, and his hospital-based training at Logan Hospital. During his early hospital career, and in the his subsequent years of general practice speciality training, he developed a very keen interest in the management of skin cancer.
Damian has obtained multiple postgraduate level skin cancer qualifications and is currently working towards a Masters degree in Skin Cancer Medicine at The University of Queensland. He has a particular interest in the detection and treatment of very early skin cancer, and also in the teaching and development of junior and training medical practitioners.
